A Little

About Us

At Nothing But Fluff, we believe every pet deserves to be treated with the same love, patience, and care we give our own. Our experienced and compassionate team is dedicated to creating a safe, calming, and fun grooming experience for every pup who walks through our door—whether they’re a little shy, a senior sweetheart, a beloved rescue, or just in need of some extra TLC.

We understand that no two pets are the same, which is why we take the time to get to know each individual dog and tailor our approach to their comfort level. From the first snip to the final fluff, we move at their pace, making sure they feel secure and cared for every step of the way.

This isn’t just grooming, it’s a loving experience designed to build trust and bring out your pet’s best, fluffiest self. 🐾“

Angel

Owner/Groomer

With over 12 years of grooming experience—10 in a veterinary clinic and now 2 in her own salon—Angel brings a calm, compassionate approach to every pet she cares for. She found her calling while working as a vet assistant, the moment she helped bathe her first dog. From then on, she was all in.

Angel opened Nothing But Fluff to create a space where pets are genuinely cared for and the grooming team feels just as supported. Her favorite part of the job? Earning the trust of nervous pups and helping them grow into confident, happy clients. 💛

At home, she’s mom to four beloved dogs: Dixon the wise pit bull, Bonnie the sassy basset hound, and two Nickel City Canine rescues—Peaches (as sweet as her name) and Shiloh (the clever cuddle bug).

Angel’s mission is to make sure every pet parent feels confident knowing their furry friend is treated with love, patience, and respect.

Fun fact: When she’s not grooming, Angel is taking hip hop classes—because dancing makes her feel alive!

Zoey

Bather

Zoey has been working with animals for about three years, starting with her time in BOCES and growing her experience ever since. She loves getting to know each dog’s unique personality and making them feel clean, comfortable, and cared for.

At home, Zoey has two beloved boxers—Oscar, who’s outgoing and always ready to make a new friend, and Clyde, who’s a little shy but full of love. She also cares for saltwater fish, showing her gentle nature extends beyond furry friends!

Zoey’s favorite part of the grooming process is bath time and drying—she finds joy in making pups feel fresh and fluffy. Her favorite breed? Boxers, of course—they’ve been a part of her life since she was young

Tala

Groomer

Tala started her journey with animals in 2014, volunteering at local shelters and quickly realizing her passion for helping pets feel safe and loved. By 2015, she was fully immersed in the animal care world and hasn’t looked back since. What she loves most about grooming is simple—the dogs! Getting to spend her days with them and express creativity through grooming feels like the perfect mix of heart and art.

At home, she has Scrunk, a one-year-old Shih Tzu mix rescued from the Buffalo City Shelter. He’s full of personality and always sporting a new, crazy haircut to match. Tala brings that same fun, gentle energy to every pet she works with, making sure they feel just as loved as Scrunk does.

Tala’s top grooming tip: Brushing is great, but don’t forget to comb! It makes a world of difference.

Julia

Groomer

Julia has been grooming dogs for 16 wonderful years. For her, it’s all about building trust and making each dog feel safe, loved, and absolutely adorable. She lives for those little kisses mid-groom and the joy dogs bring into the salon.

At home, she has Flynn, her 13-year-old Shihpoo and lifelong sidekick. He’s a total sweetheart who loves fetch and evening cuddles while she reads.

Julia has a soft spot for Shih Tzus and their silly charm, and she brings that same playful, loving energy to every pup she grooms.

Julia’s top tip: Regular grooming helps build trust and keeps dogs feeling confident and comfy—it’s all about consistency!

Jess

Groomer

With nearly 5 years of grooming experience, Jess brings calm, care, and lots of love to every dog she works with. She cherishes their sweet energy and feels lucky to help them look and feel their best.

Her rescue pup, Simone (aka Moni), came from the City of Buffalo Shelter. Jess fostered her in August 2024, fell in love, and adopted her just a week later. 💞

Jess has a soft spot for Golden Retrievers—goofy personalities and fabulous feather trims? Yes, please! Her favorite part of grooming? Trimming paw pads to reveal those cute little “toe beans.”

Jess’s go-to tip: Use a flea comb under your dog’s eyes to gently clear tear stains and buildup!
